This is one of our children's favorite sweet treats for Halloween and Thanksgiving. I adapted this recipe, originally containing gluten, into a gluten-free version by using gluten-free graham crackers.

What are your Favorite Fall treats?
I found this to be a quick and easy recipe that both the adults and kids approved. The only thing that I did different is cooked the burgers on the grill verses the pan. I like the smoky favor from the grill.

I wanted to create a group for the individuals and families navigating through gluten intolerance and celiac disease, a journey that began when I met my husband who was diagnosed about five years ago. When we first met, dating looked a little different; he often suggested simple drink outings, avoiding restaurants due to the risk of cross-contamination. It wasn’t until he cooked dinner for me at his house that he shared the full reality of living with Celiac disease. Since then, I have embraced the challenge of learning, adapting, and expanding our lifestyle beyond the limited “safe” options he once relied on.
Through this group, I am hoping that everyone will share their experiences, ask questions, and help each other create a more varied, enjoyable gluten-free life for ourself and family.
